Divorce
Please note that divorce procedure has to take place in Morocco before the Family judge. You may send a power of attorney to a lawyer in Morocco to represent you before the Judge. Your presence at the Consulate to notorize the Wakala is mandatory. The fee is $31(Fee for Power of attorney related to divorce 31$ each).(Please write your name & address on the money order). . Please note that you have to register with the Consulate prior to the issuance of any document. These are requirements for registration:
- 1 pasport picture (Please write your name & your Carte Nationale# on the back)
- Fill out the enclosed application & sign it.
- The fee for the registration is $10. (Please write your name & address on the money order).
- Fees for returning your mail are not included in the fees above. To ensure the reception of your document, please include a prepaid express mail envelope obtained from the post office. Please note that this is the only mailing method accepted. Thank you.
