Registration
Please note that you do not have to wait until to be registered to send your passport for Renewal or Extension. You can send both at the same time.
Every Moroccan who resides in the U.S.A should be registered at the Consulate to get a consular card. To register, please fill out the attached form (Would you please type) and mail it to the consulate along with the following:
- A copy of the first six (6) pages of your passport. Including Visa or immigration stamp.
- A copy of your national identity card (Carte d'Identite Nationale, both sides).
- A copy of your residence permit, "Green Card", or any equivalent document.
- A letter of enrollment from your university or employment verification from your employer.
- Two (2) passport photos. Please attach one to the form. (Would you please write your full name & your Carte Nationale # on the back of the pictures)
- A prepaid self-addressed envelope.
- A money order of $10 to cover the Consular fee. Please note that registration with the Consulate is mandatory prior to any transaction.(Please write your name & address on the money order).Please note that you do not have to wait untill to be registred to send your passport for Renewal or Extention. You can send for both at the same time.
- Fees for returning your mail are not included in the fees above. To ensure the reception of your document, please include a prepaid express mail envelope obtained from the post office. Please note that this is the only mailing method accepted. Thank you.
